Our services range from advice on manufacturing technology, processes and methodology to assisting your NPD team to create new product ideas to research and advice on consumer taste preferences to recipe formulation and a host of other valuable support services designed to help our customers to produce a better food product
We manufacture our products to the highest possible technical and line-production standards with all plant and equipment accredited to either ISO or BRC or, EFSIS standards. Our packaging formats conform to both UK and EU regulations. Our packaging materials ensure that products arrive completely fresh.
For customers who need additional support, we offer a package of added-value services. These include consultancy and practical assistance on a wide range of subjects from assessing consumers taste preferences, current EU manufacturing legislation, new product development, recipe recommendations and or formulation, production-line planning, design, construction and management.

Only pre-packaged products are stored in our warehouse in Ross-on-Wye. No production or packaging takes place in our warehouse which is maintained at an ambient temperature. Any product requiring temperature control is made up and dispatched to order. Our stock inventory is fully computerised and constantly monitored to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained.
We audit our entire stock monthly and product type, quality and quantity is replenished as required. We also hold stock for a number of regular customers which is constantly monitored to ensure that a minimum stock level is maintained. We ensure its integrity and freshness of our products, and obviate any possibility of cross-contamination, by cleaning our warehouse weekly and subjecting it to regular pest control inspection.

Our sales and ordering process has only one aim: to process, despatch and deliver our customers product orders as quickly as possible. The process starts immediately an order is received with an assessment of the actions required to fulfil the order against the customers stated need: 1. required delivery date/manufacturing deadline, 2. product ex-stock or 3. location, availability, ordering and delivery of stock from external supplier and 4. shipment routing and transportation mode.
After picking, and or receiving product inward, the consignment undergoes a rigorous checking process before it is despatched. The checking process includes: packaging integrity to obviate spillage or contamination en route, labelling for correct quantity and quality, batch number, product name, code, best before information, customer delivery address and all consignment documentation present and correct.
