On 25th May 2018, the UK Data Protection Act of 1998 effectively replaced the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). The new GDPR requires us to inform you of our policy for acquiring, storing employing and protecting the data we may lawfully store in respect of carrying on our business.
Bosse Interspice Limited is a business-to-business trading company incorporated with limited liability in the United Kingdom. The data we store is exclusively is our customer’s and suppliers registered and or physical trading address(s) – for delivery and billing purposes – telephone and telefax number(s). This data is always freely provided by our customers and suppliers to enable us to supply and deliver our goods and services to them and to facilitate concomitant legitimate communications between us. We also store an email address(s) for the express purpose of conducting legitimate electronic correspondence with our customers and suppliers.
Other than a specifically named executive(s) and their job title(s) with whom our customers and suppliers require us to communicate in respect of conducting our relationship with them, we hold no personal details whatsoever.
As we do not accept payment for goods and services from our customers by credit/debit card we do not store any payment details of this type. We do however, store the banking details – account(s) and sort code number(s)- of those of our suppliers who require us to pay for the goods and services they supply to us by means of a BACS payment (Bankers’ Automated Clearing Services)
The customer and supplier data we store is held securely in our company’s DBMS (Database Management System) on our internal server which is protected with advanced IT and ITC encryption software and Firewall technologies.
Without exception, we will never sell, barter or transfer the customer and supplier data we store in our DBMS to others.
