But that’s not all, he is also our go-to guru when it comes to sourcing the raw ingredients that make our food seasoning and flavouring products so delicious.
With his extensive knowledge and experience, Jensen is the ultimate authority in the field, ensuring that our products are always top-notch, and of the highest quality, and the company values that his late father, Harald, installed in the business remain true to this day and in the future.
Those who have met and know Jensen, will most likely agree that he likes to talk…a lot, but that is what happens when you are passionate about what you do, and to be completely honest, you could not meet a nicer, more respectable person!
Technical Liaison and Admin Manager
Meet Keri Rawlings, the multi-talented Technical Liaison and Admin Manager at Bosse Interspice, who has dedicated over 20 years to the company.
Her daily tasks involve so much more than just preparing customer product samples, specification sheets and prices.
Keri is an invaluable asset to the team, as she actively assists with technical enquiries and acts as a vital link between customers and the sales team. With her wealth of knowledge and expertise, Keri is the go-to person for ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes between all parties involved.
Her commitment to providing exceptional service has earned her the trust and respect of her colleagues and customers alike.
It’s safe to say that we would be lost without Keri, she is an absolute diamond and as genuine as they come. She has a smile that lights up the room and a sense of humour to go with it!

Craig may be the champion of sales and logistics, but he is also an incredibly loyal and solid guy who is also pretty top-notch when it comes to banter. He often has the office in hysterics, and we would like to think that he loves us almost as much as he loves his beloved bike!

As a third-generation member of the Bosse family, Harry embodies the family’s proud tradition of hard work, perseverance, and excellence.
Starting from the bottom of the company, Harry worked his way up the ladder, learning the ropes under the expert guidance of his father, Jensen.
His father’s meticulous training has ensured that Harry has gained a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business, equipping him with the skills and knowledge to excel in his current role.
At the same time, he recognizes the need to stay ahead of the curve and future-proof the business, by keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies by combining the best of its past and present to drive it towards a successful future.
Those who meet Harry will recognise the similarities between him and Jensen when it comes to his passion for the business. With an infectious laugh and personality to go with it, Harry certainly makes the office a positive and happy environment.
Warehouse & Distribution Manager
Meet Paul, our Warehouse and Distribution Manager extraordinaire!
Paul oversees every aspect of our warehouse operations to ensure that orders are not only picked accurately but also dispatched promptly and in pristine condition, complete with all necessary information for easy traceability.
With a keen eye for detail, Paul is integral to our business where he meticulously logs all relevant information to ensure seamless traceability of our products while ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and with the utmost care. With his expertise and dedication, Paul ensures that our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.
We are super lucky to have had Paul as a member of the Bosse Interspice family for so long and nothing phases him too much, to be honest. He may practically live in the warehouse, but when he does grace us with his presence, his positive demeanour and quiet wit always have us laughing.

With his exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, Ben helps to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
From managing the company’s administrative tasks and invoicing to ensuring that our team is well-organized, Ben approaches each task with total professionalism and dedication, enabling our team to focus on delivering the best quality service and ingredients to our customers.
Ben may have only started with us in early 2023, but his friendly manner and positive attitude make him a pleasure to work with, and we are proud to welcome Ben to the Bosse Interspice family.
